Personal Workspace
Entry: /personal. Personal Workspace is for the signed-in user's private Notes, Tasks and Calendar events. It is separate from shared Project work, Key Management and any external note-taking application. Availability may also depend on your installation's current policy.
Create or unlock your private workspace
- Open Personal Workspace while signed in to your own account.
- Enter your Personal passphrase. For a new workspace choose Create private vault; for existing records choose Unlock workspace.
- Keep the passphrase in a secure place under your control. It is processed in your browser, and administrators cannot recover it or decrypt the records for you.
Expected result: your records become readable in the unlocked browser session. A product password reset does not replace the Personal passphrase or recover encrypted content. If unlock fails, check that you are using the correct account and original passphrase; do not create replacement records as a recovery attempt.
Create a Note, Task or Calendar event
- In New private record, choose Record type, then enter a Title and the Content or Description.
- Add the relevant dates. Tasks and Calendar events require Starts and Ends; Due is available separately. A Note can have optional calendar dates.
- For a Task, set Completed only when the work is complete. Choose Encrypt and save.
- Open Records to verify the item, or Calendar to inspect its scheduled date and open it for editing.
Update, find and lock your work
- Use the private-record search to locate an item. Search applies to your private records, not shared Module data.
- Open its Settings. Edit opens the form; choose Encrypt and update after reviewing changes. Tasks also offer Complete or Reopen.
- Choose History to inspect retained revisions; use Load older revisions when offered. Earlier plaintext schedule metadata in legacy records is converted by editing and saving those records; missing historical revisions are not reconstructed.
- Choose Lock workspace when finished, especially on a shared device.
Calendar dates do not by themselves promise external calendar synchronization or reminder delivery. The form currently permits a 200-character title and 20,000-character content field per record; those field limits are not a measured overall workspace capacity. Deletion and passphrase loss are not substitutes for a recovery plan.
